[pt] Este estudo investiga os desafios e dificuldades enfrentados pelos
empreendedores na comunidade do Santa Marta, no Rio de Janeiro. Focalizando
empreendedores de diversos setores, a pesquisa identifica barreiras econômicas,
sociais e burocráticas que impactam a sustentabilidade e o crescimento dos
negócios locais. A análise inclui a falta de acesso ao crédito, infraestrutura
inadequada, burocracia complexa e estigma social. A pesquisa destaca também
as oportunidades inerentes ao ambiente colaborativo e cultural da comunidade.
Ao documentar esses desafios e exemplos de sucesso, o estudo fornece insights
para políticas públicas e iniciativas de apoio, visando promover um ambiente mais
favorável ao empreendedorismo e ao desenvolvimento socioeconômico
sustentável na região.
Resumo
[en] This study investigates the challenges and difficulties faced by
entrepreneurs in the Santa Marta community, Rio de Janeiro. Focusing on
entrepreneurs from various sectors, the research identifies economic, social, and
bureaucratic barriers that impact the sustainability and growth of local businesses.
The analysis includes the lack of access to credit, inadequate infrastructure,
complex bureaucracy, and social stigma. The research also highlights the
opportunities inherent in the community s collaborative and cultural environment.
By documenting these challenges and examples of success, the study provides
insights for public policies and support initiatives, aiming to promote a more
favorable environment for entrepreneurship and sustainable socioeconomic
development in the region.
