[pt] O trabalho intitulado A Percepção dos Colaboradores da PUC-Rio sobre
as Práticas de ESG na Universidade analisa como os colaboradores da
PUC-Rio percebem as iniciativas de ESG (Ambiental, Social e Governança) da
instituição. A pesquisa identifica avanços, como a valorização da coleta seletiva
e dos projetos sociais, enquanto aponta expectativas de melhorias em
diversidade, benefícios, participação nas decisões e transparência
administrativa. Os resultados mostram que as práticas de ESG são bem vistas
pelos colaboradores, mas também destacam uma necessidade de maior
integração dessas iniciativas ao cotidiano da universidade. Conclui-se que,
apesar dos avanços, há necessidade de equilibrar as demandas dos
colaboradores com a governança da PUC-Rio.
Resumo
[en] This study, titled The Perception of PUC-Rio Employees on the University sESG Practices, examines how PUC-Rio employees perceive the institution s ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. The research identifiesprogress, such as the appreciation of recycling programs and social projects,while also highlighting expectations for improvements in diversity, benefits,decision-making participation, and administrative transparency. Results indicatethat ESG practices are well-regarded by employees, yet underscore the need forgreater integration of these initiatives into the university s daily operations. Thestudy concludes that despite the advances, there is a need to balance employeedemands with PUC-Rio s governance.
