[pt] O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar limites e possibilidades de intervenções com homens autores de violência (HAV) no contexto da saúde. Considerando a violência de gênero contra as mulheres como um constructo social, histórico e multifacetado que fere os Direitos Humanos das mulheres e impactam suas vidas, o objetivo é identificar como a saúde direciona suas práticas no enfrentamento à violência de gênero por meio de intervenções com os autores de violência. De cunho qualitativo, o processo de pesquisa adotou a realização de entrevistas semi estruturadas com onze profissionais que integram a equipe de uma unidade de saúde localizada na Zona Oeste do município do Rio de Janeiro. A análise dos dados foi conduzida utilizando o método de interpretação de sentidos, que envolveu a leitura compreensiva do material selecionado, a exploração detalhada dos dados e elaboração de síntese interpretativa. Os resultados indicam que o determinante de gênero não é central na organização do trabalho em saúde voltado ao enfrentamento da violência de gênero. O fenômeno se manifesta nos serviços de saúde principalmente através das queixas das mulheres, enquanto os homens autores de violência (HAV) permanecem na invisibilidade, reforçando o binômio mulher vítima e homem agressor. Evidenciamos que os homens estão presentes nos serviços de saúde, porém, não há priorização e identificação da demanda devido à ausência de capacitação profissional, sobrecarga dos serviços de saúde e pouco interesse da gestão na consolidação deste trabalho. Embora exista o reconhecimento dos autores de violência como sujeitos de direitos ao cuidado, a saúde tem avançado pouco em promover acesso integral, com poucas diretrizes eficazes para intervir no âmbito da violência de gênero. É consenso entre os profissionais que o setor saúde tem muito a contribuir com esse trabalho através de processos de educação em saúde: grupos reflexivos, campanhas e ações no território. A importância do trabalho em rede, capacitação profissional e ampliação de núcleos de saber são ressaltadas como essenciais para fortalecer essas intervenções.

[en] The present study aims to analyze the limits and possibilities of interventions with male perpetrators of violence (MPV) within the health context. Considering gender-based violence against women as a social, historical, and multifaceted construct that violates women s human rights and impacts their lives, the objective is to identify how the health sector directs its practices towards addressing gender-based violence through interventions with the perpetrators. Adopting a qualitative approach, the research process involved conducting semi-structured interviews with eleven professionals from a health unit located in the West Zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Data analysis was carried out using the method of interpretation of meanings, which involved a comprehensive reading of the selected material, a detailed exploration of the data, and the development of an interpretative synthesis. The results indicate that the gender determinant is not central to the organization of health work aimed at addressing gender-based violence. The phenomenon mainly manifests in health services through women s complaints, while male perpetrators of violence (MPV) remain invisible, reinforcing the binary of woman as victim and man as aggressor. The study shows that men are present in health services, but there is no prioritization or identification of their needs due to a lack of professional training, the overload of health services, and limited interest from management in consolidating this work. Although there is recognition of the perpetrators of violence as subjects with the right to care, the health sector has made little progress in promoting comprehensive access, with few effective guidelines for intervening in the field of gender-based violence. There is a consensus among professionals that the health sector has much to contribute to this work through health education processes: reflective groups, campaigns, and community actions. The importance of network collaboration, professional training, and the expansion of knowledge hubs is highlighted as essential to strengthen these interventions.
