[pt] Esta tese de doutorado pretende realizar um estudo psicanalítico sobre o luto perinatal para as mulheres. Um de nossos pressupostos é de que a instauração do trabalho de luto ocorre em tempos diferentes para as mães, nem sempre sendo possível. Destacamos algumas especificidades que tornam o óbito perinatal tão singular, como a dificuldade de compreensão do entorno; a vivência da morte que se dá no corpo feminino; a incerteza sobre a representação do bebê, comportando facetas objetais e narcísicas; e a ocorrência da morte que interrompe o processo de preparo para a maternidade. Temos como objetivo principal descrever de forma mais apurada o luto perinatal para melhor acompanhar as famílias em seu processo de luto. Este trabalho se desenvolve em três artigos que trazem, respectivamente, questões relacionadas ao contexto que contorna a morte perinatal, a reflexão sobre diferentes desdobramentos após a morte do feto/bebê e uma pesquisa sobre o acompanhamento psicanalítico em grupo com mães enlutadas. Apontamos a potência da psicanálise, seja individual ou em grupo, para auxiliar a provisão de um ambiente mais favorável a essas mulheres após a perda que sofreram. Apresentamos um modelo de grupo de psicoterapia com orientação psicanalítica através de uma pesquisa qualitativa e concluímos que o grupo pode ser um dispositivo eficaz no acompanhamento de pacientes com perdas perinatais.

[en] This doctoral thesis aims to conduct a psychoanalytic study on perinatal grief for women. One of our assumptions is that the initiation of the grief work occurs at different times for mothers, and it is not always possible. We highlight some specificities that make perinatal death so singular, such as the difficulty in understanding the surrounding environment; the experience of death occurring in the female body; uncertainty about the representation of the baby, which includes both object and narcissistic facets; and the occurrence of death, which interrupts the preparation process for motherhood. Our main objective is to describe perinatal grief in more detail to better support families in their grieving process. This work is developed in three articles that address, respectively, issues related to the context surrounding perinatal death, reflections on the different outcomes after the death of the fetus/baby, and a study on psychoanalytic group support for grieving mothers. We point out the potential of psychoanalysis, whether individually or in groups, to help provide a more supportive environment for these women after their loss. We present a psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy group model through qualitative research and conclude that the group can be an effective device in supporting patients experiencing perinatal losses.
