[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a experiência de profissionais que atuam nos Centros de Referência e de mulheres em situação de violência, com foco em um grupo reflexivo realizado em um Centro Especializado de Atendimento à Mulher (CEAM). Além disso, busca-se compreender as narrativas de mulheres que vivem em relações violentas e são atendidas pelo CEAM. A pesquisa foi conduzida por meio de trabalho de campo, com o intuito compreender os meios de acesso das mulheres ao CEAM, incluindo os canais de informação sobre os serviços oferecidos e os fatores que as motivam a buscar atendimento. O perfil predominante dessas mulheres foi analisado, levando em consideração aspectos como idade, raça/etnia e classe social, assim como as perspectivas de profissionais que atuam no atendimento e participam do grupo reflexivo. O estudo seguiu uma linha do tempo desde o processo de redemocratização do país, destacando a influência dos movimentos feministas na formulação e implementação das principais políticas de gênero. A pesquisa tem como foco o CEAM, integrante da Rede de Atendimento ao Enfrentamento da Violência contra a Mulher, com ênfase nos grupos reflexivos, que constituem uma das formas de atendimento às mulheres em situação de violência.

[en] The aim of this work is to analyze the experience of professionals who work in Reference Centers and women in situations of violence, focusing on a reflective group held in a Specialized Women s Care Center (CEAM). It also seeks to understand the narratives of women who live in violent relationships and are assisted by CEAM. The research was conducted through fieldwork, with the aim of understanding the means by which women access CEAM, including the channels of information about the services offered and the factors that motivate them to seek care. The predominant profile of these women was analyzed, taking into account aspects such as age, race/ethnicity and social class, as well as the perspectives of professionals who work in the service and participate in the reflective group. The study followed a timeline from the country s re democratization process, highlighting the influence of feminist movements on the formulation and implementation of the main gender policies. The research focuses on CEAM, which is part of the Network to Combat Violence against Women, with an emphasis on reflective groups, which are one of the ways of providing care to women in situations of violence.
