[pt] Este trabalho busca, por meio de entrevistas com Ana, Lúcia, Maria, Célia, Clara, Luisa e Júlia, nomes fictícios de mulheres do Complexo do Salgueiro, dar voz a essas mulheres invisibilizadas. O estudo pretende enxergá-las como sujeitos de direitos. A dissertação aborda a chacina do Complexo do Salgueiro, de 23 de março de 2023 e suas consequências sociais e políticas. A análise inclui aos relatos das sete moradoras da comunidade, revelando a violência sistemática e o impacto em suas vidas. A escuta das voluntárias aborda questões como perfilamento racial, racismo por denegação e decolonialismo, conforme as obras de Lélia Gonzalez, Thula Pires, Franz Fanon, Rita Segato, Rachel Gouveia e Aníbal Quijano. O estudo explora as interseccionalidades entre raça e gênero, enfatizando a violência enfrentada pelas mulheres negras. Destaca, ainda, a importância da humanização das vítimas de violência de Estado, omissão em relação aos direitos prestacionais nas comunidades periféricas. O uso da força e violência foram retratadas em todos os depoimentos. A falta de oportunidades e a constante interrupção dos dias letivos foram frequentemente mencionadas como uma das causas do prejuízo no aprendizado dos estudantes. A falta de transportes, o medo das polícias e os prejuízos à saúde mental das mulheres também foram abordados. Por fim, o trabalho visa contribuir para futuras ações e políticas que enfrentem a violência nas comunidades. O estudo conclui apontando a importância de iniciativas que garantam o acesso aos direitos nas periferias e mostra como a atual política de segurança pública aumenta a letalidade policial. O trabalho enfatiza a necessidade de controle externo das forças de segurança para reduzir os danos às pessoas.

[en] This paper aims via interviews at giving voices to women made invisible with Ana, Lúcia, Maria, Célia, Clara, Luisa e Julia, fictitious names of women from Complexo do Salgueiro. Through women s these stories, the study intends to view them as subject of rigths and to promote the visibility of these voices. The dissertation approaches the social and political consequences of the police operations which occure in the State of Rio de Janeiro, focusing on the mass murder in Complexo do Salgueiro on March, 23, 2023. The analysis includes interviews with the seven residentes of the community, revealing the systematic violence and its impact on their lives. The hearing of the volunteers highlighted the importance of the victims humanization, approaching issues such as racial profiiling, racism denial, decolonialism, regarding the words of Lélia Gonzáles, Thula Pires, Franz Fanon, Rita Segato, Rachel Gouveia e Anibal Quijano. The study explores the intersectionalities between race and gender, emphasizing the violence faced by black women. The omission of the State and its permomance in peripheral communities by means of force and violence were reported in all testimonies. The black of opportunities and constant interruption of school days due to the police interventios were frequently mentioned, contributing negatively to the students learning processs. In addiotion, the lack of transport, the fear of the police and the harm to the women s mental health were also reported. Lastly, this paper aims at contributing to future actions and policies which guarantee the the acess to rights in peripheries are crucial, and and it also shows how the presente State security police lethality. The paper emphasis the urge of external fores to reduce damage to human life.
