[pt] O presente trabalho busca compreender a relação entre a pobreza de experiências e a derrocada de narrativas auráticas, a partir da visão de Walter Benjamin. Nessa direção, faz-se uma análise de experiências desde aquelas que contribuem para a geração de unidade de sentido e de senso de comunidade àquelas que nos isolam e nos desumanizam. O referido declínio da experiência comunitária é agravado pelo desenvolvimento tecnológico, interferindo tanto na esfera da vida pessoal quanto na profissional. No que tange às modificações das relações sociais na modernidade, nos questionamos como estamos em relação à tradição oral e à relação intergeracional, vistas como essenciais na arte narrativa. Ao buscarmos compreender os elementos que contribuem para a atrofia da arte narrativa, identificamos o advento do romance e, posteriormente, o fluxo de informações, que é alavancado com a imprensa na época de Walter Benjamin e com a internet na atualidade. Nesse contexto, surge o Storytelling como uma eficiente técnica de comunicação, mas carente de sentido e orientação. Desse modo, com a perda das experiências auráticas, algo de mais decisivo está em jogo, isto é, a nossa capacidade de vínculo e, em última instância, a própria humanidade. Sendo assim, com vistas a superar a crise tradiçãomodernidade e elaborar a retomada da arte narrativa, abordamos o componente da distância como essencial no intercâmbio de experiências e de aprendizados. Com isso, sublinhamos também a escuta e o olhar atentos aliados a uma experiência mística, mágica e extraordinária como inspirações para a construção de narrativas significativas e genuínas.

[en] This paper seeks to understand the relationship between the poverty of experiences and the collapse of auratic narratives, based on Walter Benjamin s perspective. In this direction, we analyze experiences ranging from those that contribute to the generation of unity of meaning and a sense of community to those that isolate and dehumanize us. The aforementioned decline in community experience is aggravated by technological development, interfering in both the personal and professional spheres. Regarding the changes in social relations in modernity, we question how we are in relation to oral tradition and intergenerational relations, seen as essential in narrative art. In seeking to understand the elements that contribute to the atrophy of narrative art, we identify the advent of the novel and, later, the flow of information, which is leveraged by the press in Walter Benjamin s time and by the Internet today. In this context, Storytelling emerges as an efficient communication technique, but it lacks meaning and guidance. Thus, with the loss of auratic experiences, something more decisive is at stake, that is, our capacity for connection and, ultimately, humanity itself. Therefore, with a view to overcoming the tradition-modernity crisis and developing the revival of narrative art, we approach the component of distance as essential in the exchange of experiences and learning. With this, we also emphasize attentive listening and looking combined with a mystical, magical and extraordinary experience as inspirations for the construction of meaningful and genuine narratives.
