[pt] A presente pesquisa investiga, na construção de narrativas e posicionamentos, os discursos que emergem nas interações entre as integrantes de uma rede de apoio e acolhimento a sobreviventes de violência de gênero. Nesse sentido, os objetivos deste estudo são: (i) analisar as narrativas e os posicionamentos construídos nas giras de conversa promovidas por esse coletivo; e (ii) compreender os discursos que emergem nessas interações. A perspectiva teórica deste trabalho está pautada em estudos sobre as performances identitárias na interação e na teoria do posicionamento em interface com postulados teóricos de estudos da narrativa em articulação com a Linguística Aplicada indisciplinar. A metodologia da pesquisa é qualitativa e interpretativista, inspirada na etnografia virtual. Os dados consistem em giras de conversa mensais promovidas pelo coletivo. Nesse sentido, como contribuição social, esta tese sinaliza a importância de grupos de apoio e acolhimento plurais como espaço fértil para letramento feminista. A falta dessa diversidade pode impedir o dimensionamento de como discursos excludentes são capazes prejudicar o acolhimento à mulher sobrevivente de violência de gênero e o combate a esse tipo de violência.

[en] This research investigates the discourses that emerge in the interactions between the members of a support and reception network for survivors of gender-based violence. In this sense, the objectives of this study are: (i) to analyze the narratives and positions constructed in the conversation circles; and (ii) to identify/understand the discourses that emerge in these interactions. The theoretical perspective of this work is based on studies on identity performances in interaction and positioning theory in interface with theoretical postulates of narrative studies in articulation with indisciplinary Applied Linguistics. The research methodology is qualitative and interpretivist, inspired by virtual ethnography. The data consists of monthly conversation sessions organized by the collective. In this sense, as a social contribution, this thesis points to the importance of plural support and reception groups as a fertile space for feminist literacy. The lack of this diversity can hinder the understanding of how exclusionary discourses are capable of hindering the reception of women who are survivors of gender-based violence and the fight against this type of violence.
