[pt] O presente texto apresenta uma experiência de curso preparatório para a pós-graduação em Direito. Inicialmente, discutimos as ações afirmativas e a sua importância na educação jurídica. Em seguida, apresentamos o Programa de Apoio e Diversidade da Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas, com ênfase nos sujeitos contemplados e nas atividades desenvolvidas. Ao final, destacamos os impactos do Programa na Escola a partir dos resultados obtidos, das estratégias de permanência adotadas e do impulsionamento da produção de novos conhecimentos.

[en] This text presents an experience of a preparatory course for postgraduate studies in law. Initially, we discuss affirmative action and its importance in legal education. Next, we present the Support and Diversity Program at the Getulio Vargas Foundation s São Paulo Law School, with an emphasis on the subjects covered and the activities developed. Finally, we highlight the program s impact on the school, based on the results obtained, the remain strategies adopted and the boost to the production of new knowledge. Finally, we reflect on the Program s results from the perspective of its egresses.
