[pt] A disfunção sexual feminina (DSF) é uma manifestação psicopatológica em que a mulher obtém pouca ou nenhuma satisfação e vontade à prática sexual, ocorrendo em 75- 100 por cento das relações sexuais por um período de ao menos seis meses. A DSF está diretamente relacionada a algum episodio de vitimização sexual na infância, uma vez que se reconhece o ocorrido como trauma, diversos impactos são percebidos. Sobretudo os sintomas pós-traumático, que desempenham um papel totalmente mediador no desenvolvimento de DSF em mulheres vítimas de abuso sexual infantil (ASI). Considerando a relevância desses prejuízos, o objetivo desta dissertação foi investigar essa relação com outras variáveis, e avaliar os protocolos de intervenção que estão sendo utilizadas para a melhora da função sexual feminina. Portanto, através do artigo 1 foi feita uma pesquisa empírica que avaliou o papel mediador do TEPT na relação entre ASI e DSF. Os achados evidenciam que a sintomatologia pós-traumática impacta negativamente na função sexual na adultez de mulheres com histórico ASI, este fato indica a necessidade de intervenções capazes de unificar a diminuição dos sintomas de TEPT, bem como melhorar a função sexual. Nesse sentido, o artigo 2 corresponde a uma revisão sistemática com meta-análise de estudos clínicos randomizados que avaliaram intervenções para uma DSF específica: Transtorno De Interesse/Excitação Sexual Feminino (TIESF). Os resultados indicam, no geral, a eficácia das intervenções, mas apontam algumas limitações. Assim sendo, estudos futuros devem integrar intervenções para DSFs alinhadas ao tratamento específico para TEPT decorrente de ASI.

[en] Female sexual dysfunction (FSD) is a psychopathological manifestation in which women obtain little or no satisfaction and desire for sexual activity, occurring in 75-100% of sexual relations for a period of at least six months. FSD is directly related to an episode of sexual victimization in childhood, once the incident is recognized as trauma, different impacts are perceived. Especially post-traumatic symptoms, which play a fully mediating role in the development of FSD in women victims of childhood sexual abuse (CSA). Considering the relevance of these losses, the objective of this dissertation was to investigate this relationship with other variables and evaluate the intervention protocols that are being used to improve female sexual function. Therefore, through article 1, empirical research was carried out that evaluated the mediating role of PTSD in the relationship between CSA and FSD. The findings show that post-traumatic symptoms negatively impact the sexual function in adulthood of women with a history of CSA. This fact indicates the need for interventions capable of unifying the reduction of PTSD symptoms, as well as improving sexual function. In this sense, article 2 corresponds to a systematic review with meta-analysis of randomized clinical studies that evaluated interventions for a specific FSD: Female Sexual Interest/Arousal Disorder (FSIAD). The results indicate, in general, the effectiveness of the interventions, but point out some limitations. Therefore, future studies should integrate interventions for DSFs aligned with specific treatment for PTSD resulting from ASI.
