[pt] Refletir sobre as dificuldades de acesso à saúde enfrentadas por determinados grupos como a população LGBTQIA+, em especial às pessoas transgênero, é uma demanda urgente aos serviços de saúde. Provocados por esta problemática, profissionais do Sistema Único de Saúde, de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde do município de São Paulo/SP, desenvolveram uma ação de educação popular em saúde que buscou discutir questões importantes como transformações corporais, identidade de gênero, violência, saúde mental e bucal que impactam no acesso aos serviços de saúde para essa população. Através de rodas de conversa, metodologia democrática e dialógica de discussões coletivas, construídas com a comunidade, esses temas foram problematizados. Essa ação propiciou a escuta das demandas sociais e de saúde, educação permanente de profissionais da saúde através desta temática e, superando as expectativas, o princípio de uma parceria de trabalho entre o setor privado e público para pessoas transgênero. É premente expor, discutir e problematizar o tema para que reflexões e mudanças ocorram nas pessoas e nos serviços de saúde, viabilizando reflexões sobre capacitação dos profissionais, aumento da representatividade e da participação social de pessoas transgênero nos serviços de saúde.

[en] Reflecting on the difficulties in accessing healthcare faced by certain groups such as the LGBTQIA+ population, especially transgender people, is an urgent demand for healthcare services. Provoked by this problem, professionals from the Unified Health System, from a Health Unit in the city of São Paulo/SP, developed a popular health education action that sought to discuss important issues such as body transformations, gender identity, violence, health mental and oral disorders that impact access to health services for this population. Through conversation circles, democratic and dialogic methodology of collective discussions, built with the community, these themes were problematized. This action provided listening to social and health demands, continuing education of health professionals through this theme and, exceeding expectations, the principle of a working partnership between the private and public sectors for transgender people. It is imperative to expose, discuss and problematize the theme so that reflections and changes occur in people and in health services, enabling reflections on training professionals, increasing the representation and social participation of transgender people in health services.
