Resumo
[pt] O estudo analisa o cenário do trabalho remoto de representantes de produtos
farmacêuticos, visando identificar, descrever e verificar os fatores que mais influenciam
nas dimensões objetiva e subjetiva da precarização dessa modalidade
laboral, sob a ótica destes profissionais. A investigação desenvolve-se pela abordagem
dialética e histórico-materialista centrada no trabalho flexível para revelar
e desvendar os desdobramentos desta configuração laboral originado da exploração
capitalista e dominação da força de trabalho. Na metodologia aplicou-se o
survey baseado no Inventário de Precarização Laboral (IPREL) e a observação
não participante. Os resultados indicam existência da precarização nas condições
de trabalho na modalidade de teletrabalho.
Resumo
[en] This study examines the scenario of remote work among pharmaceutical representatives
with the aim of identifying, describing, and verifying the factors that most
influence the objective and subjective dimensions of labor precariousness in this
modality, from the perspective of these professionals. The investigation is carried
out through a dialectical and historical-materialist approach focused on flexible
work to reveal and uncover the implications of this labor configuration originating
from capitalist exploitation and the domination of the workforce. The methodology
employed a survey based on the Labor Precariousness Inventory (IPREL) and
non-participant observation. The results indicate the existence of labor precariousness
in the working conditions of telecommuting.
