[pt] A pandemia de COVID-19 acelerou e potencializou os efeitos de soluções e problemas conhecidos e enfrentados previamente no contexto offshore, tais como as dificuldades de programação de barcos e voos, longos lead times de suprimento e restrições regulamentares, intensificando desafios de planejamento e execução de intervenções. Visando contribuir para a melhor gestão da operação de Unidades Marítimas (UMs), propõe-se investigar os principais desafios e lições aprendidas na manutenção da integridade de plataformas em situações de ruptura de cadeias de suprimento como a vivenciada em função do COVID-19. Para explorar tais desafios e lições aprendidas, pretende-se investigar: (i) A definição e os principais indicadores de integridade no contexto das UMs, (ii) Como a literatura tem tratado a ruptura em cadeias de suprimento? (iii) Quais são os fatores críticos para o planejamento de intervenções offshore para manutenção da integridade? (iv) Como a manutenção da integridade de uma UM é abordada numa empresa que opera no Brasil e (v) Como a ruptura da cadeia de suprimentos ocasionada pela COVID-19 afetou o planejamento e execução da manutenção da integridade, seus efeitos na integridade de uma UM e formas de minimizá-los. A investigação foi feita por meio da revisão de escopo da literatura existente e através do estudo de caso de uma organização que produz petróleo no Brasil e levantou pontos para observância de gestores, acadêmicos e demais partes interessadas, que podem aprofundar em grupos de trabalho multidisciplinares aspectos que venham a facilitar a gestão de eventuais novos momentos de ruptura, seja em operações, gestão de contratos, estratégia ou gestão de suprimentos.

[en] The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated and potentiated the effects of solutions and problems known and previously faced in the offshore context, such as difficulties in scheduling boats and flights, long supply lead times and regulatory restrictions, intensifying challenges in planning and executing interventions. Aiming to contribute to better management of the operation of Offshore Units (UMs), it is proposed to investigate the main challenges and lessons learned in maintaining the integrity of platforms in situations of disruption of supply chains such as the one experienced due to COVID-19. In order to explore such challenges and lessons learned, we intend to investigate: (i) The definition and main indicators of integrity in the context of UMs, (ii) How has the literature dealt with disruption in supply chains? (iii) What are the critical factors for planning offshore integrity maintenance interventions? (iv) How maintaining the integrity of a UM is addressed in a company operating in Brazil and (v) How the disruption of the supply chain caused by COVID-19 affected the planning and execution of maintaining the integrity of a UM, its effects on the integrity of a UM and ways to minimise them. The investigation was carried out through a scoping review of the existing literature and through a case study of an organisation that produces oil in Brazil and called for notable points for observation by managers, academics and other interested parties, who can delve deeper into multidisciplinary working groups aspects that facilitate the management of possible new moments of disruption, whether in operations, contract management, strategy or supply management.
