[pt] Este estudo tem como finalidade identificar e descrever os riscos existentes em investir em crypto games (também conhecido como jogos blockchain ou jogos NFT). Para tal estudo será feita uma análise comparativa de três jogos. A pesquisa se dará por ter característica de abordagem descritiva levantando exemplos de riscos presentes nos jogos em três cenários distintos: otimista, realista e pessimista. Esse novo mercado apresenta risco elevado em seu investimento pela possibilidade de ter variações e incertezas advinda da vulnerabilidade na operação dos sistemas que gerenciam esse mercado, da falta de legislação em alguns países, como por exemplo o Brasil, além de garantia de proteção.

[en] This study aims to identify and describe the risks in crypto games (known as blockchain games or NFT games). This is a descriptive research approach highlighting examples of risks in these games in 3 different scenarios: optimistic, realistic and pessimist. This new market presents a high risk in its investment due to the possibility of variations and uncertainties arising from the vulnerability in the operation of the systems that manage this market, the lack of legislation in some countries, such as Brazil, in addition to guarantees of protection.
