[pt] A reestruturação produtiva provocou alterações na sociedade capitalista com o aumento do uso de tecnologia e o avanço das TIC em todas as relações sociais. Este artigo visa discutir o uso das TIC no trabalho profissional das assistentes sociais, tomando como ponto de partida o universo empírico do processo de trabalho na saúde mental. Para tal, partimos da análise do trabalho na sociedade burguesa, das transformações ocorridas com a crise contemporânea do capital e do surgimento de novas tecnologias e da aceleração do uso das TIC a partir da pandemia do Covid-19 e da remotização da burocracia.

[en] Productive restructuring has caused changes in capitalist society, with the in creased use of technology and the advance of ICT in all social relations. This article aims to discuss the use of ICT in the professional work of social workers, taking as a starting point the empirical universe of the work process in mental health. To this end, we start from the analysis of work in bourgeois society, the transformations that have occurred from contemporary crisis of capital and the emergence of new technologies and the acceleration of the use of ICT from pandemic of Covid-19 and the remotization of bureaucracy.
