[pt] Esta dissertação aborda o tema do deslocamento migratório em Rio das Pedras, uma favela da Zona Oeste do Rio de Janeiro, e investiga como a dimensão das permanências contribuem para a área de estudos sobre mobilidades. A pesquisa é fundamentada em um trabalho empírico que utiliza a técnica de observação participante e a metodologia de análise de trajetórias, além de revisão da literatura teórica. O contexto histórico se concentra em um período de intenso fluxo migratório dos estados do Nordeste para a cidade do Rio de Janeiro, durante uma fase de expansão significativa nos setores da construção civil e dos serviços. O objetivo da investigação é refletir sobre os afetos e sentimentos que surgem em decorrência do deslocamento, considerando que esse fenômeno não se limita apenas à dimensão espacial, mas também se relaciona no âmbito subjetivo e social. Dessa forma, são analisados outros temas transversais que contribuem para a compreensão das permanências, por exemplo o papel da memória como elemento explicativo do movimento das trajetórias. Além disso, examino a produção de moralidades e seu impacto na criação de sociabilidades. Por fim, disserto como esses aspectos se manifestam no contexto específico da territorialidade, levando em consideração os desafios da violência urbana na sociedade contemporânea.

[en] This dissertation addresses the issue of migratory displacement in Rio das Pedras, a favela in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, and investigates how the concept of permanence contributes to the field of studies on mobilities. The research is based on an empirical work that uses the participant observation technique and the trajectory analysis methodology, in addition to a review of the theoretical literature. The historical context focuses on a period of intense migratory flow from the Northeastern states to the city of Rio de Janeiro, during a phase of significant expansion in the sectors of civil construction and services. The objective of the investigation is to reflect on the affectionsand feelings that arise as a result of displacement, considering that this phenomenon is not limited only to the spatial dimension, but also relates to the subjective and social scope. In this way, other transversal themes that contribute to the understanding of permanencies are analyzed, such as the role of memory as an explanatory element of the movement of trajectories. Furthermore, we examine the production of moralities and their impact on the creation of sociability. Finally, we investigate how these aspects are manifested in the specific context of territoriality, taking into account the challenges of urban violence in contemporary society.
