[pt] Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o conhecimento em educação Financeira de estudantes de graduação da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro e caracterizá-los de acordo com a categorização proposta por Chalub (2022). Para isso, criou-se um questionário com 13 questões para entender o nível de conhecimentos dos estudantes. Os resultados encontrados demonstram que os entrevistados se encaixam na Categoria B quando se trata de conhecimento sobre Educação Financeira; mas estão em maioria na Categoria A em relação às tomadas de decisão de compra. Pode-se afirmar que é necessário maior atenção ao ensino de Educação Financeira tanto no ensino básico quanto no ensino superior.

[en] This work aimed to analyze the knowledge in Financial Education of undergraduate students at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and characterize them according to the categorization proposed by Chalub (2022). For this, a questionnaire with 13 questions was created to understand the level of knowledge of the students. The results found demonstrate that the interviewees fit into Category B when it comes to knowledge about Financial Education; but they are in the majority in Category A in relation to making purchase decisions. It can be said that greater attention is needed to teaching Financial Education both in basic education and in higher education.
