[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal analisar a relação entre a resistência cultural e a adoção da Inteligência Artificial nas organizações. A justificativa para esta pesquisa está na necessidade de compreender os aspectos culturais que influenciam a aceitação e o uso da Inteligência Artificial, bem como o seu impacto na inovação. A hipótese levantada é que a resistência cultural pode dificultar a adoção e implementação da Inteligência Artificial, limitando seu potencial de inovação. O estudo adota uma abordagem teórico-empírico, incluindo revisão bibliográfica e análise dos resultados obtidos.

[en] The main objective of this work is to analyze the relationship between cultural resistance and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in organizations. The justification for this research is the need to understand the cultural aspects that affect the acceptance and use of Artificial Intelligence, including the impact on innovation. The proposed hypothesis is that cultural resistance can hinder the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, limiting organizational innovation potential. The study adopts a theoretical-empirical approach, including a bibliographic review and analysis of the obtained results.
