[pt] O acompanhamento e o discernimento pastoral na vida matrimonial e familiar na atualidade implicam caminhar, escutar, orientar e ajudar não só nos momentos de crise e em situações de fragilidade, mas sobretudo para se buscar reconhecer e realizar a vontade de Deus no quotidiano da vida, segundo as etapas pessoais de crescimento. O objetivo deste artigo foi aprofundar alguns aspectos de quanto foi refletido na Exortação apostólica pós-sinodal Evangelii gaudium sobre a “arte do acompanhamento” na Exortação apostólica pós-sinodal Amoris laetitia e na Exortação apostólica Gaudete et Exsultate sobre o discernimento. Trata-se de uma abordagem qualitativa, empregando uma revisão narrativa de bibliografia. Papa Francisco discorre sobre o tema do acompanhamento dos processos de crescimento pessoal e familiar e comunitário. O discernimento tem nisso um lugar central, levando em conta o papel privilegiado da consciência das pessoas em relação, no contexto familiar, comunitário ou social. Conclui-se que Francisco traz necessários e fundamentados argumentos em vista do discernimento das diversas situações familiares, doravante presentes na vida e na missão da Igreja. Propõe-se, assim, um estilo cristão de discernimento como um modus operandi eclesial para fins de uma aplicação justa, verdadeira e misericordiosa das normas morais gerais em situações particulares.

[en] Accompaniment and pastoral discernment in married and family life today involve walking, listening, guiding, and helping not only in times of crisis and in situations of fragility, but above all in seeking to recognize and carry out God s will in everyday life, according to personal stages of growth. The purpose of this article was to delve into some aspects of what was reflected in the Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii gaudium on the “art of accompaniment”, in the Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation Amoris laetitia and in the Apostolic Exhortation Gaudete et Exsultate on discernment. It is a qualitative approach, employing a narrative bibliography review. Pope Francis discusses the theme of accompanying the processes of personal, family and community growth. Discernment has a central place in this, considering the privileged role of people s conscience in relation, in the family, community or social context. It is concluded that Francis brings necessary and reasoned arguments in view of the discernment of the different family situations, henceforth present in the life and mission of the Church. Thus, a Christian style of discernment is proposed as an ecclesial modus operandi for the purposes of a fair, true, and merciful application of general moral norms in particular situations.
