[pt] Com a práxis da Igreja cada dia mais complexa, Papa Francisco indica desde o início do seu pontificado, um novo modelo evangelizador. Por meio da Exortação Apostólica Evangelii Gaudium, propôs uma Igreja em saída. Com esse termo, Francisco rompe com a visão de que a Igreja deveria estar fechada em si mesma e a coloca na direção daqueles que estão mais afastados do Evangelho. Para isso, convoca os cristãos a irem de encontro das pessoas que estão nas periferias geográficas e existenciais. Conhecido como o Papa pastoralista, com as Encíclicas pastorais Laudato si e Fratelli Tutti, publicadas respectivamente em 2015 e 2020, Papa Francisco indicou o caminho para uma ação evangelizadora para além das fronteiras. Propondo a fraternidade cósmica e a fraternidade social como duas dimensões de uma Igreja missionária, quis indicar um caminho pastoral que integre o ser humano com Deus, consigo mesmo, com outro e com o mundo. Assim, a Teologia começa a identificar que Francisco desperta na Teologia Pastoral o desenvolvimento de uma nova fase: a perspectiva biocêntrica da Pastoral, que compreende a fé cristã a partir da consciência de vida humana e toda obra da criação.

[en] With the practice of the Church increasingly complex, Pope Francis has indicated, since the beginning of his pontificate, a new evangelizing model. Through the Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii Gaudium, he proposed a Church which goes forth. With this term, Francis breaks with the view that the Church should be closed in on itself and places it in the direction of those who are farthest from the Gospel. For this, he calls Christians to go out to meet those who are on the social and existential peripheries. Known as the pastoralist Pope, with the pastoral Encyclicals Laudato si and Fratelli Tutti, published respectively in 2015 and 2020, Pope Francis has shown the way to an evangelizing action beyond borders. Proposing cosmic fraternity and social fraternity as two dimensions of a missionary Church, he wanted to indicate a pastoral path that integrates the human being with God, with himself, with others and with the world. Thus, Theology begins to identify that Francis awakens in Pastoral Theology the development of a new phase: the biocentric perspective of Pastoral, which understands the Christian faith from the awareness of human life and all the work of creation.
