[pt] A pandemia de COVID-19 provocou uma preocupação das empresas com sua sobrevivência imediata e fez ocorrer uma acelerada transição para o trabalho remoto, como é o caso da consultoria empresarial Mirow & Co. A empresa é o foco deste estudo, que busca compreender as facilidades e os dilemas enfrentados por ela durante a adequação para o novo modelo de trabalho, dado que seus serviços eram fornecidos de maneira presencial. O estudo foi realizado junto a empresa e 25 de seus profissionais, caracterizando-se como uma pesquisa exploratória com natureza qualitativa e quantitativa. A partir dos resultados e análises obtidos, foi possível identificar os impactos positivos e negativos do trabalho remoto tanto para a empresa, quanto para seus profissionais.
Resumo
[en] The COVID-19 pandemic caused companies a concern about their immediate survival and also an accelerated transition in working remotely, as is the case of the business consulting Mirow & Co. The company is the focus of this study, wich seeks to understand the facilities and dilemmas faced during the adaptation to the new work model, once the company used to provide its services in a totally face-to-face way. The study was conducted with the company and 25 of its professionals and is characterized as an exploratory research with qualitative and quantitative natures. From the results and analyses obtained, it was possible to identify the positive and negative impacts of the remote work for both the company and its professionals.
