[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo explorar os aspectos referentes ao consumo lento, sob ponto de vista do consumidor, principalmente no que tange as slow bakeries. Dessa forma, a partir do referencial teórico, o estudo adquiriu maior embasamento, possibilitando uma coleta e, posteriormente, uma análise de dados mais rica e profunda. Diante disso, o estudo teve como um dos principais resultados a maior compreensão a respeito da filosofia de consumo lento dentro das padarias adeptas a este movimento. Além disso, possibilitou maior consciência a respeito do processo de desaceleração, fenômeno inerente a este estilo de compra, bem como cada vez mais frequente na realidade de muitos indivíduos.

[en] This study aims to explore aspects related to slow consumption, from the customer s point of view, especially regarding the slow bakeries. In this way, based on the theoretical framework, the study acquired greater foundations, enabling a richer and deeper data collection and later, analysis. In view of this, the study had as one of the main results the greater understanding of the philosophy of slow consumption within the bakeries adept to this movement. In addition, it enabled greater awareness of the process of deceleration, a phenomenon inherent to this style of purchase, as well as increasingly frequent in the reality of many individuals.
