[pt] Este artigo tem como objetivo o estudo do caso da Dignidade Re-Vista, revelando como este projeto de evangelização da Pastoral Universitária da PUC-Rio está aderente à proposta do Papa Francisco ao convocar o Pacto Educativo Global. Esse periódico acadêmico tem como objetivo promover a introdução à escrita científica, ser um espaço de debate de temas relativos aos Direitos Humanos e realizar a evangelização na PUC-Rio de forma contextualizada. A Dignidade Re-Vista persegue o ideal de ser uma revista científica de excelência pautada nos ideais da extensão universitária. As edições já publicadas proporcionam um debate técnico, plural, transdisciplinar e de excelência sobre os Direitos Humanos e os valores éticos, humanos e cristãos, fornecendo para a comunidade acadêmica uma leitura de textos científicos que possam contribuir com uma visão humanística da ciência. E, acima de tudo, contribuir para a formação profissional tanto dos graduandos – estudantes da PUC-Rio e de outras universidades – quanto avaliadores das diversas pós-graduações, em especial da PUC-Rio. O incentivo à escrita científica revela a ação conjunta de todo o corpo universitário na formação de profissionais que possam ser efetivamente agentes construtores do Reino de paz, justiça e igualdade.

[en] The objective of this paper is to study the case of Dignity Re-Examined, unveiling how the evangelism project of PUC-Rio s pastoral ministry is in line with Pope Francis plan when he convenes the Global Educational Pact. This academic journal aims at promoting the introduction to academic writing, establishing a forum for debates of Human Rights topics and carrying out contextualized evangelism experiences at PUC-Rio. Dignity Re-Examined pursues the goal of being a scientific journal of excellence guided by university extension ideals. The issues already published offer a technical, plural, transdisciplinary and of excellence debate about Human Rights and ethical, human and Christian values, providing access to scientific texts that may contribute with a more humanistic view of science to the academic community. In addition, above all, they help the professional education not only of undergraduate students of PUC- Rio, and other universities, but also of external evaluators from different graduate programs, mainly from PUC-Rio. Fostering scientific writing reveals a joint effort of the whole university academic staff geared at the education of professionals that can actually be agents committed to building the Kingdom of peace, justice and equality.
