Resumo
[pt] A tecnologia de realidade virtual está avançando cada vez mais e ganhando
espaço em áreas como a da psicologia. Apesar da existência de métodos
tradicionais para o tratamento de fobias, muito se discute sobre um novo
método que utiliza realidade virtual para esses tratamentos. Porém, a criação
de ambientes responsivos ao comportamento do usuário nesse contexto ainda é
escassa. Com isso, propomos no trabalho uma experiência em realidade virtual
que manipula diferentes fobias para despertar reações do usuário e, com base
na leitura dos dados, modificar características sensoriais do ambiente virtual.
Resumo
[en] Virtual reality technology is advancing more and more and gaining
ground in areas such as psychology. Despite the existence of traditional methods
for the treatment of phobias, much is discussed about a new method that
uses virtual reality for these treatments. However, the creation of environments
responsive to user behavior in this context is still scarce. With this, we
propose in this work a virtual reality experience that manipulates different
phobias to arouse user reactions and, based on data reading, modify sensory
characteristics of the virtual environment.
