[pt] Desastres afetam Cadeias de Suprimentos (CSs), causando interrupções e impactos que interferem no fluxo normal das operações. CSs operam em um nível de alta incerteza durante a resposta ao desastre enfrentando desafios como maior incerteza nas informações, dificuldades de coordenação entre os elos da cadeia, e mudanças dinâmicas ao longo do tempo. Durante desastres, um grande desafio para as organizações de diferentes setores é manter sistemas resilientes o suficiente para continuar as atividades sem impactos negativos. Para manter a sustentabilidade dos negócios, é necessário implementar políticas organizacionais que contribuem para a continuidade das operações. Dessa maneira, este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar os impactos de desastres em cadeias de suprimentos e políticas de mitigação para minimizar os efeitos negativos de eventos adversos. Ainda, o trabalho pretende analisar a relação entre múltiplas variáveis (impactos e políticas) por meio de modelos estatísticos de modelagem de equações estruturais.

[en] Disasters affect Supply Chains (SCs), causing disruptions and impacts that interfere with the normal flow of operations. SCs operate at a high level of uncertainty during disaster response, facing challenges such as increased information uncertainty, difficulties in coordination between links in the chain, and dynamic changes over time. During disasters, a significant challenge for organizations from different sectors is to maintain resilient systems enough to continue activities without negative impacts. To maintain the sustainability of the business is necessary to implement organizational policies that contribute to the continuity of operations. Thus, this research aims to identify the impacts of disasters on supply chains and mitigation policies to minimize the negative effects of adverse events. Furthermore, the research intends to analyze the relationship between multiple variables (impacts and policies) through statistical models of structural equation modeling.
