[pt] Obras dos Estudos da Interpretação denotam que os nomes próprios de pessoas são um dos problemas encontrados pelos intérpretes na interpretação simultânea, em função, dentre outros, dos léxicos serem culturalmente compostos por dimensões fonéticas e semânticas. O propósito deste artigo é identificar os estímulos nominais de pessoas na Libras, que podem ocorrer por meio de sinais-pessoais e/ou datilologias, e verificar como os intérpretes produzem essas marcações em português na interpretação simultânea. Tal fato demonstra a diversidade de ocorrências na língua-fonte e de respostas na língua-alvo dos nomes próprios de pessoas em um par linguístico intermodal.
Resumo
[en] Publications of Interpretation Studies show that people s names are one of the problems encountered by interpreters in simultaneous interpretation, due, among others, to the fact that lexicons are culturally composed of phonetic and semantic dimensions. The purpose of this article is to identify how people s names in Libras, combining name signs and dactylology, and to verify how interpreters produce these markings in Portuguese in simultaneous interpretation. This will demonstrate the diversity of occurrences in the source language and of responses in the target language of people s names in an intermodal linguistic pair.
