Resumo
[pt] Este artigo objetivou analisar o universo da precarização do trabalho face à pandemia
da COVID-19, e como os jovens trabalhadores estão inseridos nesse contexto,
sobretudo, com o advento de novas atividades laborais da era digital, consequentes
da indústria 4.0 e do fenômeno da uberização do trabalho. O estudo é baseado em
uma perspectiva essencialmente teórica, mas em termos de resultados, é propositivo,
concluindo-se ao final que durante o período acentuou-se problemas ora já
vivenciados a algum tempo pelos brasileiros: a flexibilização, o trabalho informal e
precário, atingindo principalmente grupos vulneráveis como os jovens que na tentativa
de driblar o momento de crise sanitária renderam-se ao trabalho informal intermediado
por aplicativos, aprofundando-se a precarização.
Resumo
[en] This article aimed to analyze the universe of precarious work in the face of the
COVID-19 pandemic, and how young workers are inserted in this context, above all,
with the advent of new work activities in the digital age, resulting from industry 4.0
and the phenomenon of uberization from work. The study is based on an essentially
theoretical perspective, but in terms of results, it is propositional, concluding that
during the period, problems that have been experienced for some time by Brazilians
were accentuated: flexibilization, informal and precarious work, mainly affecting vulnerable
groups such as young people who, in an attempt to circumvent the moment
of health crisis, surrendered to informal work mediated by applications, leaving a
deepening precariousness.
