Resumo
[pt] Esta Pesquisa é resultado de estudos multidisciplinares e interdisciplinares sobre o
racismo algorítmico, usando como base os estudos raciais na tecnologia e a área de ética
em IA. o Segundo estudos das áreas de ciências sociais, direito, design e comunicação o
racismo algoritmico não é um problema técnico e sim estrutural. Logo este trabalho busca
argumentar este problema na computação, relacionando o contexto histórico colonial com
a evolução tecnológica. Os possíveis caminhos de solução desse problema apresentado
neste trabalho não busca objetividade, neste primeiro momento a busca é o diálogo entre a
Teoria Racial e Critica com a área da Ciência da Computação.
Resumo
[en] This Research is the result of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies on algorithmic racism, based on racial studies in technology and the area of ethics in AI. o According
to studies in the areas of social sciences, law, design and communication, algorithmic racism
is not a technical problem, but a structural one. Therefore, this work seeks to argue this
problem in computing, relating the colonial historical context with technological evolution.
The possible ways of solving this problem presented in this work do not seek objectivity, in
this first moment the search is the dialogue between Racial and Critical Theory with the area
of Computer Science.
