Resumo
[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar os impactos no preço das ações das empresas antes e depois de uma recuperação Judicial. Foi utilizado a teoria de estudo das janelas de eventos para analisar a variação de preço dos ativos entre as datas de maior impacto durante a Recuperação Judicial, a data do pedido e a data de aprovação do plano de Recuperação Judicial. Com base nestas informações, foram calculadas as variações médias entre os grupos e foram feitas análises através dos resultados para avaliar a existência de tendências.
Resumo
[en] This work aims to assess the impacts on the price of companies shares before and after a court-ordered reorganization. The event windows study theory was used to analyze the variation in the price of assets between the dates of greatest impact during the Judicial Recovery, the application date and the date of approval of the Judicial Recovery plan. Based on this information, mean variations between groups were calculated and analyzes were performed using the results to assess the existence of trends.
