[pt] O trabalho teve como objetivo entender quais as estratégias e ferramentas dedicadas à gestão de talentos utilizadas por uma rede hoteleira através de um estudo de caso. Embasado nisso, a pesquisa apresenta os seguintes objetivos: analisar as políticas de recrutamento e seleção da empresa, de avaliação de desempenho e planejamento de carreira levando em conta as práticas de treinamento e desenvolvimento, além das estratégias de retenção desses talentos. A metodologia usada na realização da pesquisa foi um estudo de caso de caráter descritivo, qualitativo e quantitativo. A empresa mostrou que oferece oportunidades para que os empregados possam se desenvolver, podendo aprimorar seu desempenho profissional e habilidades de liderança.
Resumo
[en] This study aimed to adress the strategies and tools of talent management in a hotel company through a case study. Based upon this, the research has the following objectives: analise the policies of recruitment and selection of employees of performance evaluation and carreer planning considering the practices of training and developing, and of talent retention. The methodology used to conduct the research was a study case of a descriptive, qualitative and quantitative matter. The company showed that offers programs for development and training of talents, so they can improve their performances and leadership skills.
