[pt] O presente estudo busca compreender os impactos da pandemia, em específico do isolamento social, no evento Taste Of São Paulo. Atualmente, há um significativo crescimento do e-commerce de produtos alimentícios e do setor do delivery, que em conjunto com as novas restrições impostas pelo covid-19, ocasionaram na nova modalidade de evento gastronômico analisada nessa pesquisa. A marca inovou ao realizar o festival em casa, levando até os clientes as refeições e serviços que ofertavam antes no ambiente físico. Por isso, será investigado as perspectivas dos três públicos participantes do evento: a organização, os chefs e os consumidores.
Resumo
[en] This study seeks to understand the impacts of the pandemic, specifically social isolation, in the event Taste of São Paulo. Currently, there is a significant growth in the e-commerce of food products and in the delivery sector, which together with the new restrictions imposed by covid-19, led to the new type of gastronomic event analyzed in this research. The brand innovated by holding the festival at home, taking to customers the meals and services they previously offered in the physical environment. Therefore, the perspectives of the three audiences participating in the event will be investigated: the organization, chefs, and consumers.
