[pt] Através da metodologia do estudo de caso, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as vantagens e desvantagens do uso do orçamento empresarial como uma ferramenta de planejamento e controle na Scafom-Rux Brasil, uma empresa que atua no mercado de andaimes e escoramento. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa com dois sócios diretores da empresa. Os resultados obtidos evidenciaram impactos positivos e limitadores.
Resumo
[en] Through the methodology of the business case, this study aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using the business budget as a planning and control tool at Scafom-Rux Brasil, a company that operates in the scaffolding and sanding market. For this, qualitative research was carried out with two managing partners of the company. The results showed positive and limiting impacts.
