[pt] Um grande desafio a todas as corporações, foi a pandemia do COVID-19 que impôs a todas as organizações uma notória dificuldade de lidar com a nova realidade, em vista que, há uma realidade não só econômica, mas também de saúde. Dentre esses desafios, lideranças do mundo inteiro se viram em um novo dilema que era aderir de uma vez ao home office ou verem suas empresas pararem. O presente trabalho vem apresentar um estudo qualitativo e a busca pela característica que toda empresa almeja nos dias de hoje, uma liderança preparada para grandes desafios no home office. Diante disso, o presente trabalho vem procurar na literatura e nos estudos já feitos, as melhores práticas de liderança no home office, durante a pandemia do COVID-19.

[en] A major challenge for all corporations was the COVID-19 pandemic, which imposed on all organizations a notorious difficulty in dealing with the new reality, given that there is not only an economic reality, but also a health one. Among these challenges, leaders around the world found themselves in a new dilemma, which was to join the home office at once or see their companies stop. This work presents a qualitative study and the search for the characteristic that every company craves nowadays, a leadership prepared for major challenges in the home office. In view of this, the present work seeks in the literature and in studies already carried out, the best practices of leadership in the home office, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
