[pt] A sustentabilidade em cadeias de suprimentos (CSs) vem ganhando cada vez mais destaque e atenção na literatura. Esta pesquisa está alinhada a essa tendência e busca aprofundar o entendimento de quais dimensões explicam os construtos de aprendizagem, sustentabilidade e CS. Cada vez mais, as CSs estão sob pressão para gerar resultados sustentáveis e estão expostas a um contexto de turbulência ambiental que apresenta incertezas consideráveis. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo compreender como ocorre o processo de aprendizagem em sustentabilidade nas CSs, considerando que é fundamental direcionar esforços e iniciativas para que a trajetória de sustentabilidade dos CSs obtenha um desempenho de sustentabilidade cada vez melhor em relação ao seu passado por meio do aprendizado entre membros da CSs. A pesquisa apresenta uma estrutura conceitual integrativa sobre aprendizagem, sustentabilidade e CS e busca operacionalizar estudos de caso múltiplo para identificar a dinâmica da aprendizagem da sustentabilidade em CSs.

[en] Sustainability in supply chains (SCs) is gaining increasing prominence and attention in the literature. This research is in line with this trend and seeks to deepen the understanding of which dimensions explain the constructs of learning, sustainability and SCs.Increasingly, SCs are under pressure to generate sustainable results and are exposed to a context of environmental turbulence that presents considerable uncertainties. This research aims to understand how the sustainability learning process occurs in the SCs considering that is fundamental to guide efforts and initiatives so that the SCs sustainability trajectory obtains an ever better sustainability performance in relation to their past through learning among SC members. The research presents an integrative conceptual framework on learning, sustainability and SC and seeks to operationalize multiple case studies to identify the dynamics of SC sustainability learning.
