Resumo
[pt] A Psicanálise foi uma das principais criações do Século XX. Sigmund Freud, ao propor e explicar o funcionamento do Inconsciente Dinâmico, contribuiu para revolucionar o entendimento a respeito do ser humano e suas formas de se relacionar com os outros. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho visa apresentar dois importantes conceitos da Teoria e Técnica Psicanalítica - Transferência e Contratransferência - com o intuito de demonstrar sua pertinência na área da Psicologia Médica. Para isso, vai se utilizar de explicações teóricas e possibilidades de uso dos conceitos como ferramentas técnicas do trabalho em Hospitais Gerais através de certos autores que, definidos como primordiais no estudo da relação equipe-paciente, apresentaram propostas práticas para a formação médica e intervenção na relação entre médicos e doentes.
Resumo
[en] Psychoanalysis was one of the main creations of the 20th century. Sigmund Freud, while proposing and explaining the Dynamic Unconscious, contributed to revolutionize the understanding of the human being and its relationships. In this sense, the present work aims to present two important concepts of Psychoanalytic
Theory and Technique - Transference and Countertransference - with the purpose of demonstrating its pertinence in Medical Psychology. So, it will use theoretical explanations and possibilities of using these concepts as technical tools of work in General Hospitals, through certain authors that, being defined as primordial in the study of the team-patient relationship, presented practical proposals for medical training and intervention in doctors-patients relationship.
