Resumo
[pt] O presente estudo identificou a percepção dos empreendedores sobre os serviços de capacitação e integração oferecidos pela incubadora XYZ, e suas sugestões de melhoria via aplicação de entrevistas. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada com empreendedores da incubadora XYZ, localizada no Rio de Janeiro, dos setores edutech, esporte (saúde e bem estar), entretenimento, fintech e greentech. A partir dos resultados, identificou-se que os empreendedores percebem a importância dos serviços analisados para o crescimento dos seus empreendimentos, porém identificou-se a existência de pontos críticos no processo de planejamento da gestão da incubadora, no que diz respeito ao conhecimento dos perfis dos empreendedores e adequação dos conteúdos.
Resumo
[en] The present study identifies the entrepreneurs perception of training and integration offered by XYZ incubator and its improvement suggestions, by interview method. The research was made with the entrepreneurs of XYZ incubator sectors edutech, sports, entreteinment, fintech and greentech, located at Rio de Janeiro. According to the results, entrepreneurs realized the importance of the training and the integration services to their businesses development and growth. Despite the relevance of the services, it has been identified the existence of some weak spots in the management planning of the XYZ incubator, when it comes to knowledge of the entrepreneur profile and applying consistent contents, according to their necessities.
