[pt] Este documento tem por objetivo analisar o impacto de diferentes sistemas tarifários na presença geração distribuída, também conhecida como GD, com a principal finalidade de comparar com o modelo brasileiro atual.
Através desta análise foi possível observar as consequências de cada sistema para um consumidor sem instalação de geração distribuída. Foi estabelecido um benchmark internacional como base de estudo e serão
investigados vários exemplos ilustrativos, permitindo uma comparação, simplificada e precisa, entre os diversos cenários considerados.
Este trabalho demonstra que o aumento de geração distribuída no modelo atual brasileiro gera um aumento na fatura do consumidor que opta por não instalar qualquer tipo de geração distribuída.
Resumo
[en] This document aims to analyze the impact of different tariff schemes and their cost allocation incentives in
the presence of distributed generation (DG). The study is focused on the comparison with the current Brazilian
system. It also presents the monetary consequences for consumers without the installation of distributed generation. An international benchmark was established as the basis for the study and several illustrative examples
are investigated, allowing a simplified yet insightful comparison between several considered variables.
This study demonstrates that the increase of distributed generation in the current brazilian model provokes a
substantial rise in the final payments of the consumers whithout distributed generation installed.
