[pt] O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar os impactos do uso da gamificação na gestão de pessoas, assim como identificar os motivos que levam às empresas a utilizá-la e os resultados alcançados com a aplicação dos jogos. Buscou-se, por meio de revisão bibliográfica, abordar a problemática estudada e, posteriormente, comparou-se o referencial teórico com os dados por meio de entrevistas. Como principal achado desse estudo destaca-se o motivador pela busca da gamificação, que é a necessidade de aumento do engajamento dos colaboradores. Além disso, os resultados alcançados pelas empresas, com a aplicação dos jogos, na opinião dos entrevistados, envolvem a melhoria no engajamento, na gestão de conflitos e o aumento do desempenho, entre outros fatores que impactam na gestão de pessoas.

[en] The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of gamification on people management, identify the reasons why companies implement it and the results of the implementation. It was also able to introduce the concept of gamification and compare the results obtained from the interviews with the theory currently available. As a result, the study was able to understand the main reason why companies implement gamification: the need of higher employee engagement. After the implementation of gaming, the company observed better engagement from employees, better conflict management, higher performance and other outcomes related to the better management of people.
