[pt] Este trabalho foi idealizado visando a maior compreensão de empreendedores e profissionais a respeito dos possíveis impactos referentes a Lei Número 13.352/2016, conhecida como a Lei do Salão-Parceiro, a qual veio para suprir as demandas não atendidas pela primeira tentativa de regulamentação trabalhista específica do setor, por meio da Lei Número 12.552/2012. A presente dissertação busca sanar dúvidas de pessoas que tenham interesse em trabalhar com salão de beleza. Ao analisar as opiniões através dos espectros dos profissionais e empreendedores, tanto os novos entrantes quanto as pessoas que pensam em entrar no setor, podem ter uma visão melhor do atual regime trabalhista que rege os salões de beleza.

[en] This work was conceived aiming at a greater understanding of entrepreneurs and professionals regarding the possible positive and negative impacts related to Law No. 13.352 / 2016, known as the Law of the Salon-Partiner, which came to meet the demands not met by the first attempt of sector-specific labor regulation, through Law No. 12,552 / 2012. This dissertation seeks to solve doubts of people who have an interest in working with beauty salon. By analyzing opinions through the specters of professionals and entrepreneurs, both new entrants and people thinking about entering the industry can gain a better insight into the current labor regime governing beauty salons.
