[pt] Este trabalho tem por objetivo expor o formato de unidade didática para a sistematização das categorias gramaticais nas aulas de Português Língua Estrangeira ofertadas na UFRN a estudantes de mobilidade internacional, imigrantes residentes em Natal-RN e refugiados. Tendo por base os benefícios que o ensino explícito da língua pode conferir ao processo de ensino/aprendizagem, propõe-se um formato de unidade didática complementar ao trabalho com as habilidades de compreensão e produção oral e escrita, partindo do foco na forma pura e simplesmente, no nível do sintagma, e culminando na percepção do significado gramatical em frases e pequenos textos. Tem-se a preocupação de atender às necessidades de falantes de línguas maternas distantes em sua tarefa de reconhecimento e uso de categorias gramaticais imprevisíveis e sem contrapartida em suas línguas de partida.

[en] This paper aims to comment on the format of a teaching material for the systematization of grammatical categories in the classes of Portuguese as a Foreign Language offered at UFRN to international students, immigrants living in Natal-RN and refugees. Based on the benefits that explicit language teaching can bring to the teaching/learning process, we set out a complementary teaching material to be used in parallel to other teaching resources that focus primarily on the other skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. This teaching material starts in the focus on form within parts of sentences and builds up to the sentence level, activating the perception of grammatical meaning in sentences and short texts. We are concerned with meeting the needs of speakers whose mother tongues differ to a great extent from Portuguese, by offering aid in their task of recognizing and using unpredictable grammar categories.
