Resumo
[pt] O presente artigo tem a intenção de abordar questões
relacionadas ao comportamento das religiões no meio Urbano.
Durkheim situa-se como ponto de compreensão da relação
indivíduo, sociedade e religião. Mas, o eixo central
deste artigo é enfocar o que ora se tem denominado por
Novos Movimentos Religiosos e verificar aí questões
pertinentes no despontar desses novos grupos,
principalmente em relação aos chamados neopentecostais.
Resumo
[en] This paper seeks to approach questions related to the
behavior of religions in Urban settings. Durkheim is taken
to be the point of understanding in the relationship
individual, society and religion. But the central axis of
this paper is to focus on what are now deemed to be New
Religious Movements and to verify within them pertinent
questions on the sprouting of these new groups,
especially with regard to the so-called neo-pentecostals.
