[pt] O estudo busca compreender o comportamento do consumidor brasileiro, no que diz respeito à uma dieta orientada pelo vegetarianismo e veganismo. Para tal, foi utilizado o conteúdo base do curso de Marketing, bem como diversos outros artigos acadêmicos sobre o tema. Após uma pesquisa para traçar as preferências e o perfil do consumidor vegetariano e vegano, uma análise considerou todas as respostas e às hipóteses geradas no início do estudo, indicando quais delas estavam em concordância com os consumidores. Além disto, o estudo possibilita a criação de bases para novos estudos acerca do tema, considerando o Rio de Janeiro como amostra inicial.

[en] The study seeks to understand the behavior of the brazilian consumer, regarding a diet guided by vegetarianism and veganism. For that, the basic content of the Marketing course was used, as well as several other academic articles on the subject. After a survey to chart vegetarian and vegan consumer preferences, an analysis considered all of the responses and hypotheses generated at the beginning of the study, indicating which ones were in agreement with consumers. In addition, the study makes it possible to create bases for new studies on the subject, considering Rio de Janeiro as the initial sample.
