[pt] O atual panorama energético evidencia a dependência do uso de fontes não renováveis, como petróleo e carvão. Deriva-se assim a necessidade de uma mudança de comportamento na adoção de energias limpas. Entre elas, a energia solar fotovoltaica vem se destacando no mundo pelo seu crescimento nos últimos anos, a partir de iniciativas públicas e avanços tecnológicos. Um dos principais avanços na regulamentação brasileira acerca dessa fonte foi a inserção da energia gerada pelo sistema solar na rede elétrica. Os mini e micro geradores, caso tenham excedente de geração frente ao seu consumo, podem optar por fazer uso desse crédito em outra unidade consumidora, conforme Resolução Normativa 687/2015. A prospecção a partir desse modelo, denominado net metering, vem apresentando números abaixo do esperado. Este estudo objetiva diagnosticar como está o cenário atual do mercado fotovoltaico, e suas perspectivas à luz do desenvolvimento regulatório e tecnológico.
Resumo
[en] The current energy picture highlights the reliance on the use of nonrenewable sources such as oil and coal. The need for a change in behavior in the adoption of clean energies is thus derived. Among them, photovoltaic solar energy has been standing out in the world for its growth in the last years, due to public initiatives and technological advances. One of the main advances in Brazilian regulation was the insertion of the energy generated by the solar system into the electric grid. If the mini and micro generators have a generation surplus, he may choose to make use of this credit in another consumer unit, according to Normative Resolution 687/2015. The results from this model, called net metering, has been showing below-expected numbers. This study aims to diagnose how the current scenario of the photovoltaic market is, and its perspectives in light of the regulatory and technological development.
