[pt] O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender o processo de tomada de decisão de mulheres da classe C quando se trata da compra de sapatos. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e um estudo de campo. A pesquisa bibliográfica foi desenvolvida com base em livros, artigos e materiais relacionados ao tema do trabalho. Já no estudo de campo foram realizadas quinze entrevistas individuais e exploratórias com mulheres da classe C. Os resultados da pesquisa foram tratados de forma qualitativa e revelaram importantes insights sobre os hábitos de compra das entrevistadas, as etapas do processo de decisão de compra e também as variáveis que exercem influência sobre este.
Resumo
[en] The purpose of this project is to analyze and understand the decision-making process of women who belong to low income class, regarding to the purchase of shoes. A bibliographic research and a field study were carried out. The bibliographic research was developed based on books, articles and materials related to the theme of the work. On the other hand, in the field study, fifteen individual and exploratory interviews were conducted with women included on the defined profile. The results of this project were treated qualitatively and revealed important insights about the interviewed people purchasing habits, as well as the purchase decision process and the variables that influence this process.
