[pt] A aquisição de competências médicas essenciais é o pilar das novas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais de 2014, para o ensino da medicina que seguindo a tendência do mercado de trabalho contemporâneo, considera que o bom profissional não é necessariamente aquele que acumulou a maior bagagem de conteúdo teórico, mas sim o que adquiriu, além do conhecimento, as habilidades, o comportamento e as atitudes que a profissão exige. A metodologia pedagógica tradicional de ensino, que é prevalente em nosso meio, não é adequada a esse propósito, motivo pelo qual as DCNs vigentes preconizam o uso de metodologias de aprendizagem ativa, que se utilizam de recursos pedagógicos adequados para esse fim. O trabalho, aqui apresentado, pretende analisar, discutir e apresentar uma variedade de atividades pedagógicas adequadas ao ensino de hemoptise na graduação médica, respaldado nas DCNs de 2014. Por julgar pertinente foi feita uma breve explanação sobre as principais atividades pedagógicas propostas, ressaltando a importância de cada uma delas para a aquisição das habilidades médicas para a abordagem do paciente com hemoptise.

[en] The acquisition of essential medical competencies is the pillar of the new 2014 National Curriculum Guidelines for teaching medicine that, following the tendency of the contemporary labor market, considers that the good professional is not necessarily the one who accumulated the greatest baggage of content, but rather what has acquired, beyond the knowledge, skills, behavior and attitudes that the profession demands. The traditional pedagogical teaching methodology, which is prevalent in our country, is not adequate for this purpose, which is why current National Curriculum Guidelines advocate the use of active learning methodologies, which use appropriate pedagogical resources for this purpose. The present work intends to analyze, discuss and present a variety of pedagogical activities adequate to the teaching of hemoptysis in medical graduation, supported in the 2014 National Curriculum Guidelines. To judge pertinently, a brief explanation was made about the main pedagogical activities proposed, emphasizing the importance of each of them to acquire the medical skills to approach the patient with hemoptysis.
