[pt] O estudo pretende identificar, se o Sistema de Remuneração praticada pela Pontifica Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro - PUC Rio, gera satisfação das necessidades básicas dos funcionários administrativos do Departamento de Comunicação sob a ótica dos colaboradores. Descrever o sistema de Remuneração praticado na PUC Rio. O presente estudo ocorre no Departamento de Comunicação da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro - PUC Rio. Realizado na cidade do Rio de Janeiro e abrange o período de 2016 e 2017. O presente estudo é relevante por, de forma original, estudar a prática do sistema de remuneração vigente no ambiente organizacional de uma instituição de ensino superior e seu impacto na satisfação dos funcionários administrativos.
Resumo
[en] The present study identifies whether the Compensation System practiced by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro - PUC Rio, generates satisfaction of the basic needs of the administrative staff of the Department of Communication from the perspective of the collaborators. Describe the remuneration system practiced at PUC-Rio. This study is carried out in the city of Rio de Janeiro and covers the period of 2016 and 2017. The present study is relevant because, in an original way, to study the practice of the remuneration system in place in the organizational environment of a higher education institution and its impact on the satisfaction of administrative staff.
