Resumo
[pt] O presente trabalho procura analisar o que compõe a Lei 13.155 de 04 de agosto de 2015, que seria a LRFE - Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal do Esporte que traz alguns princípios e práticas para responsabilidade fiscal e financeira e também de gestão transparente e democrática para os clubes profissionais de futebol. Dentro da lei foi criado o Programa de Modernização da Gestão e de Responsabilidade Fiscal do Futebol Brasileiro – ProFut que é objeto de estudo do trabalho. Dentro do estudo em questão também é feita uma breve análise da situação do Flamengo acerca do Profut, além de algumas análises de indicadores financeiros e do balanço patrimonial do clube que trazem alguns reflexos do impacto da Lei Profut para o Clube de Regatas do Flamengo.
Resumo
[en] The present work seeks to analyze what makes up Law 13,155 of August 4, 2015, which would be the LRFE - Fiscal Sports Responsibility Law that brings some principles and practices for fiscal and financial responsibility of soccer clubs as well as transparent and democratic management for clubs football professionals. Within the law was created the Program for Modernization of Management and Fiscal Responsibility of Brazilian Football - ProFut that is object of this work. In the study in question also a brief analysis of the situation of Flamengo about Profut, as well as some analyzes of financial indicators and the balance sheet of the club bring some reflections of the impact of the Law Profut for the Club of Regattas of Flamengo.
