[pt] Este trabalho busca identificar e comparar a visão da área de recursos humanos vista por lados diferentes. A visão tradicional da área de recursos humanos adotado pela empresa ALPHA PETRO versus o método sugerido pelo autor Dave Ulrich. Ou seja, a visão da administração de recursos humanos voltados para a administração pessoal versus a visão de recursos humanos com ênfase estratégica e na construção de valor agregado para a empresa. O objetivo é analisar o desempenho do RH, sob a perspectiva de funcionários da área de benefícios desta empresa, com base na percepção dos funcionários da área de benefícios da empresa.
Resumo
[en] This work seeks to identify and compare the vision of the area of human resources seen by different sides. The traditional view of the area of human resources adopted by the company ALPHA PETRO versus the method suggested by the author Dave Ulrich. That is, the human resources management vision directed to the personal administration versus the vision of human resources with strategic emphasis and in the construction of added value for the company. The goal is to analyze HR performance from the perspective of employees in the benefits area of this company, based on the perception of employees in the area of benefits of the company.
