[pt] Este trabalho visa identificar qual o tipo de e-sports preferido pelos jovens do Rio de Janeiro, que tenham interesse tanto em games quanto em futebol, através do Método de Análise Hierárquica (Saaty, 1991). Para isso, fez-se uma pesquisa em dados secundários para conhecer os principais tipos de jogos eletrônicos, referências bibliográficas e documentais e um grupo de foco com jovens consumidores de e-sports e futebol. Assim foi possível conhecer as preferências deste público e saber quais motivos que os levam a escolher um determinado jogo, dando base para a entrada de clubes de futebol do Rio de Janeiro neste mercado.

[en] This final work of graduation in business management has the purpose of identify the kind of e-sports are preferred by young people in Rio de Janeiro, who have interest either in games and football, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (Saaty, 1991). To reach this objective, a research was made on secondary data to know the main type of e-games, bibliographic and documental references and a focus group with young consumers of e-sports and football. Thus it was possible to know the preferences of this public and the motivations that lead them to chose a specific game, giving basis for the football clubs of Rio de Janeiro to enter this market.
