[pt] O objetivo desse trabalho é realizar um projeto através do ANSYS, que busca otimizar o chassi de um robô utilizado em batalhas de sumô pela equipe RioBotz. Uma das ferramentas que vem sendo utilizada, a otimização topológica começou a ser estudada nos anos 80 e vem evoluindo à medida que os avanços tecnológicos aumentam a capacidade de solucionar problemas numéricos. A otimização topológica em seu início teve grande aplicação na indústria aeronáutica, onde pode-se associar facilmente que os projetos buscam reduzir a massa do avião sem perder suas características.
Atualmente os softwares computacionais como o ANSYS vem tornando cada vez mais acessível a realização de projetos envolvendo os conceitos da otimização, isso vem possibilitando que a otimização esteja sendo disseminada em outros campos de atuação.
Resumo
[en] The objective of this work is to carry out a project through ANSYS, which seeks to optimize the chassis of a robot used in sumo battles by the RioBotz. One of the tools that has been used, topological optimization began to be studied in the 1980s and has been evolving as technological advances increase the ability to solve numerical problems. The topological optimization in its beginning had great application in the aeronautical industry, where one can easily associate that the projects seek to reduce the mass of the airplane without losing its characteristics. Nowadays computer software such as ANSYS has made it increasingly accessible to carry out projects involving the concepts of optimization, this has allowed optimization to be disseminated in other fields. The objective of this work is to carry out a project through ANSYS, which seeks to optimize the chassis of a robot used in sumo battles by the RioBotz.
